Contract Details:

• Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: ASAP
• Current projected start: 10/04/2026, but the start date can be adjusted based on candidate availability
• Schedule: 5x8-hour day shifts / 40 hours per week
• Shift times will be discussed during the interview/final agreement
• Weekends: Weekend availability will be required
• Arizona License: Highly preferred — candidates already licensed in Arizona and ready to work should be prioritized
• Scrubs: BluePriority will be given to candidates who are Arizona licensed, available quickly, and have strong relevant experience.
