We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 2–4 years of experience to join our growing insurance coverage litigation team.

Locations

California, Connecticut, or Florida

Schedule: Hybrid/Remote options available based on experience and performance

Mandatory Requirements to Apply

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Bar admission in CA, CT, FL, NY, NJ, MA
• 2–4 years of relevant attorney experience
• Experience litigating complex insurance coverage matters
• Experience analyzing and drafting insurance policy language
• Ability to provide strategic insurance coverage opinions
• Strong state and/or federal court litigation experience, including pleadings, depositions, and motion practice
• Excellent legal research, writing, communication, and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional client service

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle complex insurance coverage litigation and related disputes
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Analyze insurance policies and provide strategic coverage opinions
• Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court proceedings
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients on litigation strategy and case management
