Information Technology Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee complex IT functions, lead technical teams, and manage enterprise IT services, cybersecurity operations, and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and supervisory skills, experience managing outsourced IT services, and a solid understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, and enterprise technology environments.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive IT experience managing complex information technology functions.
• 3+ years of full-time supervisory experience in an IT environment.
• Experience managing IT services delivered through managed service providers (MSPs) or outsourced vendors, including Service Level Agreement (SLA) management, vendor performance monitoring, and service delivery oversight.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in cybersecurity operations, including incident response, vulnerability management, and risk assessment.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience in government, financial services, or other regulated environments, with an understanding of auditing, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Experience working within shared-services IT models in state government environments.
• Project management experience, including planning, execution, coordination, and delivery of IT initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise systems and integrations, including SAP, financial institution interfaces, and secure file transfer solutions.
• Experience with IT procurement, contract administration, vendor negotiations, and budget management.
