**Preferred Qualifications**

· Experience working with payment platforms such as Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, Fiserv, FIS, First Data, Worldpay, TSYS, or similar.

• Experience in banking, financial services, or FinTech organizations.
• Familiarity with ISO 8583, ISO 20022, SWIFT, and Open Banking standards.
• Prior experience leading payment modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
• Professional certifications such as CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent.

**Education**

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• MBA or relevant FinTech/Product certifications preferred
