Role:- Lead UI/UX Designer

Required Skills

10+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or Experience Design.

5–6+ years of expert-level hands-on experience with Figma.

Strong experience designing native mobile applications (iOS and Android).

Experience designing desktop web applications and cross-channel user experiences.

Strong experience in wireframing, prototyping, user journeys, and high-fidelity UI design.

Experience leading end-to-end product design initiatives.

Strong understanding of design systems, usability, and user-centered design.

Ability to translate business requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.

Experience collaborating with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.

Ability to communicate design decisions and align with leadership expectations.

Strong project management, time management, and self-management skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design for native mobile applications and desktop web platforms.
• Create cohesive and consistent user experiences across digital channels.
• Design wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity screens using Figma.
• Work with product managers and developers to understand business requirements and deliver design solutions.
• Lead the design and prototyping of new and enhanced digital products.
• Maintain consistency across applications using established design systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, design leadership, and engineering teams.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve customer experiences.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to leadership.
• Work with legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure designs meet business requirements.
• Manage multiple design deliverables and meet project deadlines.
• Preferred Skills Banking or Financial Services experience.
• Experience designing digital banking applications.
• Experience with accessibility and responsive design.
• Experience working with UX researchers and content designers.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
