About this role
We’re looking for a curious and detail-oriented Data Analyst who enjoys working with data and turning it into meaningful insights. In this role, you’ll help us understand what the numbers are telling us, identify trends, and provide information that helps the team make better decisions.
You’ll work closely with different teams to understand their needs, solve business problems, and present findings in a clear and practical way. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable asking questions, enjoys solving problems, and can explain data in a way that makes sense to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from different sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Work with business teams to understand their goals, challenges, and reporting needs.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Use SQL to retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data from databases.
- Identify patterns, trends, and potential issues that can help improve business performance.
- Translate complex data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Investigate data discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Support business planning and decision-making through data-driven analysis.
- Look for opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and analytical workflows.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Good working knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with Excel and at least one data visualization tool, such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
- Ability to interpret data, recognize trends, and explain findings clearly.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with people across different teams.
- A willingness to learn new tools, ask questions, and explore better ways of working.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in day-to-day work.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means more than preparing reports. It means helping the team understand what is happening in the business and why. You’ll be successful when your analysis answers important questions, your reports are reliable and easy to understand, and your insights help people make informed decisions.
What We’re Looking For
- We value someone who is thoughtful, dependable, and genuinely interested in understanding data.
- You don’t need to have every answer right away, but you should be comfortable exploring problems, learning from feedback, and working with others to find the right answers.
- If you enjoy connecting the dots, finding meaning in numbers, and helping people make better decisions, we’d love to hear from you.
