Sr. Staff Product Designer, AI/ML

Job Description

Synopsys Software Integrity is seeking a Senior Staff Product Designer specializing in AI and machine learning to create intuitive user experiences for complex software products. This role combines user-centered design, product strategy, and collaboration with engineering teams to develop effective AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product design for AI/ML-powered software experiences
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
• Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers
• Translate complex technical concepts into intuitive interfaces
• Conduct design reviews and incorporate user feedback
• Establish design standards and mentor other designers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience in product or UX design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex digital product design
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data-driven interfaces
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Pay: $160,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
