Occupational Therapist – PRN | Fort Worth, TX

Synergy Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team on a PRN basis at Bethesda Gardens, an outpatient clinic serving an Independent/Assisted Living community in Fort Worth, TX.

This is a great opportunity for an OT who enjoys providing personalized, quality patient care while working collaboratively with patients, families, and a supportive therapy team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current NBCOT certification
• Current or eligible Texas state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Strong commitment to providing quality patient care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
