**Job Description** **Required Qualifications**
- **10\+ years of software engineering experience preferred** based on hiring\-manager guidance; 5\+ years is the formal minimum.
- Proven experience delivering **production\-grade software applications**.
- **Direct hands\-on experience integrating LLMs and/or AI Agents into applications.**
- Strong experience with **Python**, particularly for AI/LLM integrations.
- Strong experience with **Java**.
- Strong experience with **Angular** or comparable frontend development.
- Experience building and integrating **REST APIs**.
- Experience with **Kafka and event\-driven architecture**.
- Experience with **Snowflake or comparable data platforms**.
- Strong understanding of software engineering, distributed systems, architecture, and problem\-solving.
- Experience using **AI\-assisted coding tools / coding agents**.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment.
- Ability to work **4 days onsite in Dallas, TX**.
