About this role
Who We Are
SYNC Life is a functional medicine clinic in Baton Rouge. Patients come to us for IV therapy, injections, aesthetics, and EBOO, a therapy that is new to our market. Our IV room has run on the founders and one part-time nurse.
We are hiring a full-time Infusion RN so the room runs a full schedule, safely and on time, without a founder standing in it.
What the Work Looks Like
You run the daily IV schedule at SYNC, administering IV therapies and injections within Louisiana RN scope and charting every visit in SYNC’s EMR. Every patient identity and every treatment order gets verified before it goes in, and every treatment is charted completely, with no exceptions.
You reset the room between patients so the first patient starts on time, every day, and you own inventory and ordering so no treatment is delayed by a stock-out or an expired product. You land strong first-attempt IV access and keep patients calm and steady. Patients spend long stretches with you, so you also answer their questions and build trust.
After SYNC-paid EBOO certification, you assist and monitor EBOO sessions with a patient in the chair for about an hour.
What You Bring
- You hold an active Louisiana RN license in good standing and have at least 2 years of IV experience in a clinic, infusion center, or hospital.
- Experience with vitamin, hydration, or infusion therapy is strongly preferred, as is comfort working in a small clinic with a patient-pay model.
- You are comfortable in an EMR and keep careful records, and inventory experience is a plus.
How You
Work
You work well as part of a team and take direction without needing to be the one in charge. You are precise by habit: you check labels, doses, and charts twice because it matters, and you follow protocols as written. When the day changes, because a patient runs late or an add-on appears, you adjust without losing your accuracy.
You are friendly and steady with patients.

Base salary is $70,000 to $75,000, based on experience, plus a quarterly bonus tied to individual and company performance. SYNC pays for your EBOO certification under a retention agreement, and you get 120 hours of combined paid time off per year.
