We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer | Project Manager to join our creative team as we continue to grow and expand. If you are a passionate, experienced designer pursuing the benefits of a large corporation with the relaxed atmosphere of a small business, Swath Design is for you!

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design | Communication Arts from an accredited school of design
• 5+ years of experience in environmental graphic design, wayfinding, signage design, and branded environments in healthcare and higher education
• Exhibit/interpretive design experience is a plus
• 5+ years of Project Management
• Thorough experience with all aspects of wayfinding projects, including audit, analysis, recommendations, programming and planning, conceptual design and development, and design intent documentation
• An understanding of space and how people interact with their environments
• Experience with messaging, terminology, and scale
• Produce production artwork and related drawings, ensuring quality through fabrication administration
• Knowledge of materials and leveraging fabrication input for value engineering
• Must have experience with ADA, building codes, zoning, construction, and fabrication methods
• Strong communication and presentation skills, excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Must be a team player with attention to detail
• High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CADtools
• SketchUp is a plus
• Experience with word processing programs such as Microsoft Word and Pages
• Experience with FileMaker and InDesign is a plus
