JOB TITLE

Operations Manager

JOB DUTIES:

· Direct and oversee business operations involving the sourcing, importation, distribution, and sales of consumer wellness, fitness and home products.

· Develop operational policies, procedures, and performance standards to improve supply chain efficiency, inventory management, and overall business operations.

· Review operational reports, inventory data, and financial statements to identify areas for improving efficiency, controlling costs, and enhancing overall business performance.

· Review sales data and demand forecasts to manage inventory levels, ensuring product availability while minimizing waste and excess storage costs.

· Develop plans to coordinate purchasing, production, and distribution, focusing on maximizing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving response times to market demand.

· Manage relationships and negotiate contracts with overseas suppliers, distributors, and freight forwarders to ensure products meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule.

· Supervise personnel and business operations, including staffing, employee performance evaluation, workflow coordination, and team development across operational departments.

· Monitor company operations to ensure compliance with applicable import regulations, transportation requirements, safety standards, and company quality control policies.

REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field, or its equivalent, is required.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
