We prioritize child-led, strengths-based therapy. OTs who value autonomy, sensory needs, and respectful practice will find their philosophy reflected here.
Supportive Leadership
We’re a small, mission-driven practice where your voice matters. You’ll have support, mentoring if desired, and the ability to bring new ideas to life.
A Fun, Play-Based Culture
We prioritize hands-on, play-rich therapy that keeps kids engaged and helps you do your best work. If you love creativity, movement, sensory play, and joyful sessions, you’ll fit right in.
