Personal Lines Account Executive

Build strong relationships with clients to retain existing business and support new client acquisition

• Ensure clients' needs are understood and met, delivering a consistently positive client experience
• Handle client issues and coverage questions, partnering with producers to identify solutions
• Work with producers to ensure all client needs are addressed in a timely manner
• Review current coverages with clients and advise on appropriate coverage changes
• Conduct annual renewal reviews and proactively propose additional coverage options
• Monitor cancellation audits and follow up with clients to resolve outstanding items
• Generate and issue agency invoices for new business and renewals
• Answer incoming calls for the personal lines department

Desired Skills & Experience

Industry & Technical

• 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing personal lines accounts; high-net-worth client experience strongly preferred
• Experience quoting and placing business with personal lines carriers preferred
• Working knowledge of major personal lines/HNW carriers (e.g., PURE, Chubb, Cincinnati, Liberty Mutual, Auto

Owners) a plus

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience with the EPIC agency management system preferred but not required
