Commercial Lines Account Manager I

As an Account Manager, you will provide service and support to clients and agents, by assisting, maintaining, and expanding assigned accounts. Duties Renew/Market Accounts including completion of applications, requesting loss runs and corresponding with underwriters, rating new & renewal business Communication with the agent during the quoting process Preparing proposals based on the client’s needs and the coverage's proposed Develop & maintain strong professional relationships with clients & insurance company representatives Maintain client and policy information in the customer management system including policies, endorsement, new and renewal business Responsible for the overall day-to-day service on accounts Qualifications Ability to multi-task Excellent verbal communication skills Highly self-motivated Proficient in Microsoft Office Professionalism
