Sunrise Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated **Part\-Time Occupational Therapist (OT)** to join our rehabilitation team. We are committed to providing high\-quality care that helps our patients regain independence, improve functional abilities, and achieve their highest level of wellness.

As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and helping residents maximize their ability to perform daily activities and return to their highest level of function.

### **Position Details**

  • **Position:** Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • **Status:** Part\-Time
  • **Location:** Sunrise Post Acute, Banning, CA
  • **Pay Range:** **$53\.00 \- $56\.00 per hour**

### **Responsibilities**

  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders and established care plans.
  • Assess functional abilities related to activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, cognition, and safety.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy team members, residents, and families to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning.
  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals, adaptive equipment, and home safety recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations and standards.

### **Qualifications**

  • Current California Occupational Therapist license in good standing.
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in skilled nursing, post\-acute, rehabilitation, or long\-term care settings preferred.
  • CPR certification preferred.
