Suncoast Insurance Advisors is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, service-driven Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate holds an active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 license, enjoys building strong client relationships, and takes pride in providing exceptional service. We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple carriers in a fast-paced independent agency environment.

What You’ll Do

Client Service & Retention

• Manage day-to-day servicing needs, including policy changes, billing questions, coverage inquiries, and documentation
• Conduct renewal reviews and identify coverage or savings opportunities
• Communicate proactively with clients to build relationships and improve retention
• Assist with remarketing when appropriate based on client needs, underwriting guidelines, and agency workflows

Quoting, Cross-Selling & Growth

• Prepare accurate quotes using EZLynx, QuoteRush, and carrier portals
• Match clients with appropriate carriers and coverage options
• Identify cross-sell opportunities such as umbrella, flood, recreational vehicles/toys, and secondary homes
• Support new business with quoting, documentation, and onboarding
• Earn bonus compensation for qualifying rewrites, cross-sells, and new business placed

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain complete and accurate client files
• Process policy changes, mortgagee updates, evidence of insurance requests, and other servicing needs
• Document client communications and activity within the agency management system
• Follow carrier requirements, agency procedures, and applicable insurance regulations

Team Collaboration

• Provide professional, friendly service through inbound and outbound client communication
• Work closely with producers, account managers, and leadership
• Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 insurance license required
• Personal lines insurance experience, with 2+ years preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple client needs and follow through consistently
• Experience with agency management systems, comparative raters, Microsoft Office, and carrier portals preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available
