About this role
Company Overview
SuiteDynamics is a growing NetSuite Alliance Partner based in Madison, WI, helping manufacturers get the most out of NetSuite through implementations, post-go-live support, and managed services. We keep employee health, happiness, and satisfaction central while we grow.
This is a pure new-business hunting role. The Account Executive owns net-new logo acquisition in our ICP, builds and manages relationships with NetSuite Account Executives as a primary deal-source channel, and builds additional outbound channels (trade shows, industry associations, email/call sequencing, partnerships).
This role does not carry an existing book of business or ongoing account management; once a deal closes, it hands off cleanly to the implementation team.
The Account Executive reports to the Director of Sales and will drive revenue growth through strategic prospecting, NetSuite channel relationships, and consultative selling. SuiteDynamics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Who You'll Sell To
Our ICP is Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Make-to-Order (MTO) manufacturers: custom fabricators, job shops, contract manufacturers, and specialty equipment builders, generally $5M-$75M in revenue, running high-mix/low-volume production with complex quoting, multi-level BOMs, or shop-floor visibility gaps.
These are companies standard NetSuite, QuickBooks, or legacy ERPs don't fit well out of the box, which is where SuiteDynamics' manufacturing IP (Dynamic Configurator, Fabricator, Planner, Quality, SuiteX MES) wins deals.

- Run regular NetSuite rep intro meetings to keep SuiteDynamics top-of-mind for manufacturing deals
- Build additional outbound channels beyond the NetSuite referral pipeline: trade shows and industry associations, targeted email/call sequences, and other partner or content-driven sources
- Collaborate with marketing on lead-generation and account-based marketing strategies aimed at ICP accounts
Deal & Solution Management
- Understand each prospect's manufacturing challenges and align SuiteDynamics' services and IP to their needs
- Coordinate internal and external resources (Solution Engineers, NetSuite reps) to move prospects to a decision
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers on proposals and demonstrations
