Compensation: Base Onboarding Stipend/Hourly Rate (First 1–2 Months) + Uncapped Sales Commission

About the Role

We are looking for an outgoing, relationship-focused local connector to represent our company across local networking groups and online community forums.

This role is ideal for an active retiree, former business owner, community enthusiast, or experienced professional seeking an engaging, flexible side hustle with strong earning potential through commission.

Key Responsibilities

• BNI Chapter Leadership: Join and actively represent our business in a local BNI (Business Network International) chapter, attending all weekly meetings.
• Cross-Chapter Networking: Visit 1–2 additional BNI chapters per week as a visitor to expand our local referral web.
• 1-to-1 Relationship Building: Conduct 2–4 one-on-one meetings weekly with other chapter members to build deep referral partnerships.
• Active Referral Exchange: Pass quality referrals and leads to fellow group members following BNI guidelines.
• Community & Social Media Advocacy: Monitor local Facebook neighborhood and community groups, offering timely recommendations/shout-outs for our company—and fellow BNI members—when local residents ask for services.

Qualifications & Ideal Candidate Profile

• Community Connector: Deeply rooted in the local community and loves helping people find reliable local services.
• Strong Communicator: Comfortable speaking in front of small groups and building rapport in 1-on-1 conversations.
• Social Media Familiarity: Active on Facebook and comfortable navigating local neighborhood groups.
• Self-Motivated: Able to manage a flexible weekly routine independently.
• BNI Experience: Prior experience with BNI or structured business networking is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $500.00 - $1,500.00 per month
