**About the Role:**
The Senior Designer will serve as the dedicated creative lead for Subway’s Non\-Traditional Marketing team, developing high quality, brand consistent creative across strategic partners and unique restaurant environments. This role will bring high volume creative development and production in house, improving speed to market while reducing reliance on external agencies.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
- Lead creative development across Non\-Traditional partners, including in\-store POP, digital, social, OOH, DOOH, and video content.
- Edit and produce short form video for in\-store digital screens, paid social campaigns, partner media placements and other digital channels.
- Adapt national campaigns and brand assets for partner specific environments, offers, formats and customer missions.
- Manage high volume asset versioning across partners, locations, promotional messages, dimensions and Spanish language executions.
- Own creative from concept through final production, including mockups, ARB and legal revisions, print specifications and vendor handoff.
- Maintain organized creative libraries and ensure assets meet Subway brand standards and partner requirements.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field.
- 7\+ years of experience in design, preferably supporting restaurant, retail, or consumer brands
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Experience managing multiple projects and high volumes of creative adaptations within tight timelines.
- Strong understanding of print production, digital specifications and production ready artwork.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross functional teams.
