About this role

Senior Marketing Manager – Growth & Brand

StudioMD | Medical Aesthetics, Cosmetic Surgery & Wellness

Location: New York Metropolitan Area | Hybrid Position: Full-Time

About StudioMD

StudioMD is a growing, multi-location medical aesthetics and cosmetic surgery company operating across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. Our services span injectables, laser and energy-based treatments, body contouring, hair restoration, cosmetic surgery, weight management, and longevity medicine.

We are seeking a versatile, entrepreneurial Senior Marketing Manager – Growth & Brand to lead the execution and expansion of our marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who combines creativity, technological fluency, analytical thinking, and strong project management capabilities.

You will work with a small, established team of part-time marketing specialists who currently support creative production, digital campaigns, marketing systems, email marketing, e-commerce, and influencer coordination.

Your responsibility will be to organize and leverage these existing resources, personally execute more complex initiatives, and build additional marketing capabilities as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Advertising & Customer Acquisition

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Develop and expand advertising initiatives across YouTube, Connected TV (CTV), and emerging channels, including ChatGPT advertising.
  • Coordinate campaign targeting, budgets, creative assets, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
  • Work with external agencies or specialists when necessary while maintaining direct oversight of campaign performance.
  • Track lead generation, cost per lead, acquisition costs, and campaign ROI.

2. Creative Content & Social Media

  • Manage StudioMD's content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Oversee the production of graphics, short-form videos, reels, educational content, and promotional campaigns, working with existing creative resources.
  • Leverage AI-powered creative platforms such as ChatGPT, Canva, and AI video-generation tools to accelerate content production.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, patient testimonials, and before-and-after content.
  • Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.

3. Local Marketing, Partnerships & Community Outreach

  • Develop local marketing strategies tailored to each StudioMD location.
  • Direct influencer outreach and coordination, working with an existing part-time influencer coordinator.
  • Build partnerships with complementary businesses, fitness studios, wellness providers, and community organizations.
  • Organize local promotional events, open houses, educational events, and cross-promotional initiatives.
  • Develop referral programs and other community-based patient acquisition initiatives.

4. Website, CRM & Marketing Technology

  • Coordinate website updates, landing pages, promotional offers, and conversion improvements.
  • Oversee marketing automation initiatives, including email and SMS marketing.
  • Work with an existing team member experienced in StudioMD's Zenoti platform, email systems, Shopify operations, and marketing workflows.
  • Maintain reliable lead attribution, conversion tracking, and reporting, coordinating technical specialists when necessary.
  • Utilize AI and automation to improve marketing productivity and reduce repetitive work.
  • Explore and implement new technologies that strengthen the company's marketing capabilities.

5. Campaign Planning, Team Management & Cross-Location Execution

  • Develop and manage marketing calendars, campaign priorities, assignments, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate a small team of part-time specialists covering creative production, marketing technology, email campaigns, e-commerce, and influencer outreach.
  • Provide clear briefs, direction, feedback, and quality control to ensure timely delivery.
  • Personally execute initiatives requiring deeper involvement, technical skills, or more extensive coordination.
  • Plan and execute campaigns for individual services, providers, and locations.
  • Coordinate seasonal promotions, new treatment launches, new location openings, and brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with location managers, medical providers, sales teams, and company leadership.
  • Manage creative freelancers, vendors, and agencies as needed.

6. Analytics, Performance & Budget Management

  • Maintain clear performance reporting by location, service, campaign, and channel.
  • Monitor lead quality, booked consultations, appointment attendance, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend improvements.
  • Help allocate marketing budgets toward the highest-performing opportunities.
  • Present regular performance reports, actionable findings, and new growth opportunities to leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including meaningful hands-on execution.
  • Experience coordinating marketing teams, freelancers, agencies, or cross-functional contributors.
  • Demonstrated experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns and social media marketing.
  • Strong familiarity with creative tools, content production, and modern AI marketing technologies.
  • Experience with lead generation, conversion tracking, marketing analytics, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, locations, and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent writing, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience with influencer partnerships, community marketing, or local business development.
  • Experience in medical aesthetics, healthcare, wellness, beauty, or another consumer-facing service business is preferred.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a builder and executor, not just a marketing strategist.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable launching an advertising campaign, directing a social media video, coordinating an influencer partnership, improving a landing page, or organizing a local marketing event.

You will inherit a small support team with valuable experience and established workflows. We expect you to make effective use of these resources while providing the leadership, technical capabilities, and hands-on execution needed to significantly expand our marketing activities.

You should be curious about emerging marketing technologies, comfortable experimenting with new platforms, and motivated by measurable business results.

You don't need to be an expert in every marketing channel, but you must know how to research, learn, implement, and manage new initiatives effectively.

Above all, we value someone who can take ownership of a project from concept through execution, solve problems independently, and deliver results without requiring constant supervision.

What Success Looks Like

  • More qualified patient leads and booked appointments.
  • Improved marketing efficiency and measurable return on advertising spend.
  • Consistent, high-quality content and brand presentation.
  • Successful expansion into YouTube, CTV, influencer marketing, community outreach, and other acquisition channels.
  • Stronger local presence and meaningful community and business partnerships.
  • Effective utilization and coordination of existing marketing team members.
  • Faster campaign execution with reduced dependence on company leadership.
  • A scalable marketing operation that supports StudioMD's continued expansion.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • 401(k)
  • Health insurance
