Jr. Full Stack Software Engineer (Java/React)
Location- Irving, TX-/(401 Las Colinas Blvd W Bldg A) or Chandler, AZ
Duration- 6 Months or 18 months with Extension or CTH
Pay- $40-$45/Hr
Job Description
Suite of 5 applications for currency transaction reporting (CTR) for aggregate transactions of $10,000 and ensuring there isn’t anything fraudulent. This person would have core competencies in Java, Spring Boot, React. Should have been exposed to AI, we’re using Github/Copilot.
GCP can be good, we’re building GCP competency in the team. Data pipelines with Python, Spark. Doing maintenance on already built apps, also merging the applications to one.
We’re stabilizing the front end in React, would really want someone who has that skill.
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform, preferably GCP
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional distributed teams.
- 2+ years of Software Engineering experience
- Good understanding of software design patterns, secure coding practices, and application performance optimization.
- Awareness of Python and its usage in automation, scripting, data processing, or AI/ML-related initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with React.js and modern front-end development frameworks.
- 2 years working in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices
- Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications leveraging platforms such as GCP and associated AI/ML services.
