IT Project Manager - Intermediate

**Position Summary**

Strategic Operational Solutions (STOPSO) is seeking a Project Manager to support the U. S. Army Reserve Command (USARC) Defensive Cyberspace Operations Mission Support Services (DCOMSS) program at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

Lead delivery of the USARC Defensive Cyberspace Operations Mission Support Services program. The Project Manager integrates staffing, schedules, quality, risk, deliverables, and customer coordination across cyber defense, assessment, threat intelligence, and support activities.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

• Own the integrated task\-order schedule, staffing plan, risk and opportunity register, quality controls, and deliverable calendar.
• Lead phase\-in, operational readiness reviews, performance reviews, and corrective\-action follow\-through.
• Coordinate priorities and dependencies across Blue Team, vulnerability assessment, cyber threat intelligence, tooling, and administrative support.
• Track workforce readiness, position qualifications, access, coverage, and replacement actions with functional leads.
• Prepare clear status reports, decision requests, meeting records, and performance data for company and Government stakeholders.
• Manage task\-order records, data, process improvement, and timely escalation of issues affecting mission coverage.
• Perform other duties as assigned consistent with the position's responsibilities, qualifications, clearance, and authorized scope.

**Required Qualifications**

**Education and Experience**

• Minimum 5 years of documented relevant experience. Documented specialized operational experience in a DoD or enterprise IT environment, including program or task\-order management, scheduling, risk and opportunity management, data management, quality assurance, team administration, and application of PMI principles.
• Management position with an 8140 Program Manager equivalency. If assigned DCWF 801 Program Manager, Intermediate proficiency, must meet that work\-role qualification before performing the assigned work. Any separately assigned cyberspace role requires its own qualification.
• Demonstrated application of Project Management Institute principles. A specific degree or PMP\-family certification is not required by the stated management experience requirement.
• For a Government\-confirmed 801 Intermediate assignment, current matrix\-listed certification options are CGRC/CAP, DAWIA PM Practioner, SecurityX / CASP\+. An approved alternative is the DAU Program Manager (Intermediate) Playlist or another accepted foundational route; the Government will determine the applicable equivalency.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**

• Demonstrated knowledge of Project or task\-order management, scheduling, risk and opportunity management, data management, quality assurance, team administration, and application of PMI principles.
• Proficiency with project schedules, risk registers, quality records, collaboration platforms, and reporting tools appropriate to assigned duties and approved access.
• Ability to produce accurate records, explain findings and decisions, and follow approved procedures and security requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and sound judgment when coordinating with technical staff and Government stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mission\-focused environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**

• PMP, CAPM, or PMI\-ACP; these support project management experience but are not listed as 801 Intermediate matrix certifications.
• Relevant DoD or enterprise IT experience with mission tooling and operational reporting.
