Job Summary (Senior AI Cloud Platform Engineer)

• Design, build, deploy, and operate Model Context Protocol (MCP) services for secure access to OneDrive and SharePoint via AI agents (ChatGPT, Claude, internal agents).
• Develop and maintain reusable agent runtime and gateway services on AWS, incorporating tool access, identity/session/memory management, observability, and operational controls.
• Utilize Amazon Bedrock AgentCore for relevant architecture needs.
• Engineer secure, scalable AI platform services and enterprise AI solutions using AWS, Microsoft 365, OpenAI, and Anthropic technologies.
• Build APIs and integrations, applying OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and authorization controls for enterprise data access.
• Integrate with Microsoft Graph, OneDrive, SharePoint, and manage Microsoft Entra ID app registrations and permissions.
• Develop using Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript; implement infrastructure as code with Terraform and automate DevOps/CI-CD pipelines.
• Operate in production environments with expertise in AWS IAM, networking, APIs, containerization/serverless, observability, and secrets management.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 tenant governance, SharePoint site access, consent, and permissions issues.
• Leverage LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic) for agent workflows, tool calling, context handling, and output evaluation.
• (Plus) Experience with Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Gateway, Runtime, Identity, Memory, and Observability in production.
• Minimum 10+ years in software/cloud/platform engineering, with 5+ years in designing and operating production cloud services.
