RN Medical Surgical: $2240/week

• Assignment Duration: 14 Weeks
• Shift: Night Shift – 3x12 Hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week

Job Description:

The ideal candidate should have strong recent Medical-Surgical experience and be comfortable caring for a variety of patients with different medical conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to Medical-Surgical patients.
• Care for patients with sickle cell disease, heart failure, vascular conditions, pulmonary conditions, diabetes, and failure to thrive.
• Monitor patient conditions and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Work collaboratively with nursing aides and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient records using MEDITECH.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg experience.
• Active Georgia or Compact RN license at the time of submission.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred.
• Current Nursys report required. Candidates with any license hits will not be accepted.
• Current references within the same specialty are required.
