The Kelsey & Luka Cline State Farm Agencies are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.

With two successful agencies and a strong existing customer base, we’re looking for someone who understands State Farm systems, enjoys taking care of customers, and can step into the role with minimal training. This position is ideal for someone who has worked in a State Farm agency and wants a stable, long-term career with competitive compensation, strong benefits, and opportunities to earn additional bonuses.

Compensation & Benefits $50,000–$80,000+ annual earning potential $26/hour starting base pay plus performance bonuses 401(k) with employer match Group medical insurance Paid time off Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM No weekends Established customer base and supportive team environment Responsibilities Assist existing State Farm customers with billing, policy changes, renewals, and general insurance questions.

Provide outstanding customer service and maintain strong relationships with policyholders. Review customer accounts to identify coverage needs and opportunities for additional products. Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer service requests efficiently.

Resolve customer concerns and follow through to ensure issues are handled properly. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Work closely with the sales team to support customer retention and agency growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a State Farm agent’s office is required.
• Familiarity with State Farm systems, procedures, and insurance products.
• Property & Casualty insurance license preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple customer requests in a fast-paced office.
• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
