ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2026 after spending six years as a State Farm team member, where I gained valuable experience in insurance, customer service, and building relationships. I'm married, very close with my family, and enjoy spending time outdoors, especially hunting. As a new agency owner, I'm excited to grow my business, build a strong team, and become more involved in supporting our local community.

Our agency plans to offer profit sharing, PTO, paid holidays, a Simple IRA, health benefits, work-life balance, and licensing reimbursement. I'm committed to creating opportunities for team members to grow professionally while being rewarded for their hard work and contributions.

We're building a positive, ambitious, and growth-oriented team where attitude and willingness to learn are just as important as experience. I'm looking for someone who is personable, motivated, coachable, and brings a hungry but humble mindset. If you're eager to learn, willing to put in the work, and excited to grow alongside a new agency, we'd love to meet you!
