ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in December 2013 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, giving me firsthand experience in the business before stepping into agency ownership. I'm a proud Penn State graduate and mom to two daughters.
Outside of work, I love dogs, traveling, and spending time with my family.
I'm especially passionate about animals and enjoy supporting organizations like Angels for Animals and Healthy Paws. Giving back to causes that are close to my heart is an important part of who I am.
Our agency offers health benefits, unlimited time off, licensing reimbursement, professional development, and regular team-building events. We also prioritize work-life balance with great office hours, a one-hour paid lunch, and an early close at 3:30 p.m. on Fridays. We believe in giving our team the flexibility and support they need to enjoy life outside of work.
Our office is positive, supportive, and truly family-first. We understand that family comes first and believe a happy, well-supported team is essential to creating a great workplace. I'm looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, enjoys working with others, and genuinely wants to contribute to the team's success.
If you're looking for a close-knit office where you're treated like family, encouraged to grow, and supported both personally and professionally, we'd love to meet you.
