With a total compensation package up to $200,000/year plus incentive bonus, (depending on experience) and generous benefits.

Responsibilities and Schedule:

• Deliver in-person primary care, minor procedures, and chronic care management
• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts
• Two Sundays & two Fridays/month required
