Quality Assurance Analyst – Advanced

Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst - Advanced Location: Tallahassee, FL (Onsite) Duration: Long term Contract Interview Mode: Virtual + Face 2 Face Position Summary Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to support the planning, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications and modernization initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manual and automated testing, API validation, UAT support, defect management, business process analysis, and QA framework development. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, project teams, and agency staff to ensure high-quality software solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or Business Analysis.
• 7+ years of experience working within Agile software development environments.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience performing manual testing.
• 7+ years of automated testing experience.
• 7+ years of experience with Azure DevOps and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• 7+ years of experience facilitating business process meetings with stakeholders and user groups.
• 7+ years of experience using Joint Application Development (JAD) methodologies.
• 7+ years of experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and scaling automated testing frameworks from the ground up.
• 7+ years of experience using Selenium or similar automation tools.
• 7+ years of experience creating and maintaining automation scripts for evolving applications.
• 5+ years of experience testing REST APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Postman, Insomnia, or comparable API testing tools.
• 7+ years of experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• 7+ years of experience developing process models and workflow diagrams.
• 7+ years of experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve business and technical issues.
• 7+ years of experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.
