Quality Systems Engineer

The Job
- Maintain and improve the plant Quality Management System
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
- Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits
- Manage corrective actions and audit findings
- Support APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA
- Lead root-cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone methods
- Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations to prevent recurring quality issues
What We Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field
- 3–7+ years of automotive or high-volume manufacturing Quality experience
- Certified Lead IATF Auditor or VDA 6.3 or VDA 6.5 Auditor certification
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
