Job description

About this role

An established practice. One-on-one patient care. A potential path to ownership.

Are you an experienced physical therapist looking for a practice where you can truly focus on your patients, enjoy your work, and potentially build a long-term future?

Stability Atlanta is an established, privately owned physical therapy and Pilates practice in Sandy Springs. We're seeking a skilled, motivated Physical Therapist to join our team, with the potential for future leadership and ownership opportunities for the right candidate.

Whether you're looking for a rewarding clinical position or have aspirations of owning a practice someday, we'd love to hear from you.

What Makes Stability Atlanta Different?

One Patient. One Therapist. One Full Hour.

Our therapists work individually with patients for a full 60-minute session. No double-booking, no juggling multiple patients, and no high-volume treatment model.

Clinical Autonomy & Individualized Care

We believe therapists should have the time and flexibility to provide exceptional treatment, including hands-on therapy, individualized exercise programs, and patient education.

Pilates Training & Professional Development

We integrate traditional orthopedic physical therapy with Pilates-based rehabilitation. No Pilates experience is necessary! We're happy to train the right therapist and offer opportunities for Pilates certification.

Flexible Scheduling & Supportive Environment

We offer flexible scheduling and are open to full-time or part-time candidates. We value collaboration, professional growth, and work-life balance.

A Unique Opportunity

Potential Future Ownership

For an experienced therapist interested in taking the next step in their career, Stability Atlanta offers something beyond a traditional clinical position.

We are open to discussing a pathway toward clinical leadership, minority partnership, or eventual practice ownership over the next 3–5 years.

This could be an exciting opportunity for a physical therapist who has considered owning a practice but would prefer to build on the foundation of an established clinic rather than starting from scratch.

Interest in ownership is not required to apply. Our immediate priority is finding an excellent clinician who shares our philosophy of patient care.

Any future ownership arrangement would be discussed individually and subject to mutually agreed terms.
