Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

As a Human Resources Manager, you’ll lead people programs that help employees and teams succeed. You’ll connect human resources management with workforce needs, guide change management, and support consistent, compliant practices across the employee lifecycle.

Duties

• Lead talent acquisition, HR sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, talent management, succession planning, and training and development.
• Oversee benefits administration, payroll processing, personnel administration, workers’ compensation, and workforce management.
• Guide employee evaluation, performance management, conflict management, organization design, strategic planning, and project management.
• Maintain regulatory compliance management, affirmative action planning, and HR legal compliance, including applicable employment and labor law, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements.
• Use human capital management systems and human resources information systems (HRIS) to manage records, data collection, and reporting; handle confidential information carefully.

Experience

• HR department experience, human resources management, or related administrative experience.
• Knowledge of employment law in talent management, contracts, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication skills, Microsoft Office, Excel data analysis, and data entry capabilities.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR systems; platforms may include Lever, Workday, Paychex, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, Salesforce, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, Taleo, Paylocity, iCIMS, Kenexa BrassRing, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, or Ceridian.
• Experience with social media management for recruiting is a plus.

Pay: $74,800.00 - $90,200.00 per year
