Social Media Manager

Job Overview

As a Social Media Manager, you’ll shape how audiences discover and engage with our brand across social media platforms. You’ll plan and create compelling content, manage publishing, and use social listening and analytics to strengthen our digital marketing. Your work will connect creative ideas with clear performance insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop social media marketing plans and calendars; create, write, proofread, and publish brand-aligned content.
• Produce and edit graphics, photography, and video using Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Manage community communication and relationship management; coordinate with public relations partners on relevant conversations.
• Use Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts and monitor channels; apply social listening to identify audience needs and emerging topics.
• Track social media analytics, web analytics, and digital marketing performance; use Google Analytics, marketing analytics, SEO, and keyword research to guide improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management, content creation, content writing, or social media content marketing.
• Familiarity with Facebook Advertising, social media communication, and social media content creation.
• Working knowledge of graphic design, media editing tools, and video editing; Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite experience is valuable.
• Ability to interpret social media, media performance, and marketing online analytics; Google Analytics experience is preferred.
• Strong proofreading, branding, and relationship management skills; experience with Hootsuite or Buffer is an asset.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 25.0 per week
