What You Can Expect:* Position located within our Virtual Care Center at the Boise St Luke's Plaza

• Hospital at Home is an alternative to traditional inpatient care
• New and innovative care model that will offer acute-level care to patients within their own homes vs in the hospital - providing an enhanced patient experience with reduced costs and improved outcomes.
• 8 Hour shift
• Weekend schedule-Saturday and Sunday 8-4:30
• Intensive onboarding and training
• Full Benefits with hospital contributions
• Cert Pay available for qualifying certifications

Qualifications:* Education: Associates’ of Nursing Degree/Diploma Bachelors’ of Nursing Degree

• Experience: 2 years’ of RN experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in Idaho

Preferred Experience in Home Health, community based case management, transition of care, or community complex case experience.
