Enterprise Account Executive (Remote)

THE OPPORTUNITY

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you are the bridge between a community's growth and the technology that manages it.

You don't just close deals; you enable a Building Official to clear a permit backlog that has contractors waiting weeks, a Planning Director to route a complex site-plan review without losing it in a paper file, a Code Enforcement Officer to close cases from a tablet in the field, and a homeowner to pull a fence permit from their phone on a Saturday.

Your success directly translates into faster, more transparent, and more accountable local government. This is a highly specialized "hunter" Enterprise Account Executive role with a focus on key products within Springbrook's portfolio (LicensingPermitting; Asset Management; and Meeting Management).

You will drive New Logo growth within an assigned Small/Medium Government Agency territory with municipalities that are 200,000 in population and above (Pacific Time/Mountain Time/Central Time), and you will expand these offerings into Springbrook's installed base of ERP customers - agencies that already trust Springbrook for finance and utility billing and represent a warm, high-conversion path into community development.

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from thoughtful prospecting and pipeline development to complex contract negotiation and closing.

Springbrook is seeking a disciplined, results-oriented and collaborative sales professional who can navigate the complexities of public sector procurement, earn credibility with operational departments outside the finance office, and maintain the operational rigor required in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment.
