Position Summary

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based care to help individuals restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility. You will collaborate with patients and caregivers to support safe, measurable progress toward therapy goals.

In this role, you will manage patient treatment sessions, monitor outcomes, and maintain accurate clinical documentation while upholding the highest standards of patient safety and quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations, including functional assessments, and use findings to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and coaching to patients, adjusting treatment strategies based on progress and response.
• Set measurable goals with patients and ensure care plans align with clinical findings and patient needs.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment notes, progress updates, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with the care team to ensure continuity of care and a consistent patient experience.

Required Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to translate findings into effective treatment plans.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients and caregivers in a compassionate, professional manner.
• Commitment to accurate documentation and adherence to clinical and safety standards.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Los Banos, CA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.
• Experience in manual therapy
• Experience working with a diverse patient population and adapting approaches to individual needs.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary care team.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $57.00 - $67.00
