Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse – General Surgery to support surgical services at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.

Join a skilled clinical team providing exceptional care throughout the surgical experience. Position Highlights* Full-time opportunity

• Monday-Friday (40hrs per wk)
• Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits

Position Requirements* U.S. Citizenship

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program
• Current, unrestricted RN license from any U.S. jurisdiction
• 1 year of RN experience within the last 2 years
• 1 year of experience in a Surgery Clinic, Step-Down Unit, ICU, or PACU within the last 5 years
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS and PALS certification, or ability to obtain within the first 2 months of employment

Key Responsibilities* Provide preoperative and postoperative patient education

• Coordinate surgical scheduling and patient care
• Support postoperative recovery and PACU services as assigned
• Administer medications and monitor patient conditions
• Assist with clinical procedures and surgical care coordination
