**Seeking a state licensed OT with at least 1\+ years of experience in the field. **
**Selected candidate will be working for a small, highly reputable, private practice in South Tampa whose mission is to create trusting relationships with families, educate on neuro affirming practices, and implement connection driven therapies. **
**The practice is looking for a therapist who is willing to start part time (5\-10 hours) and grow to a full time caseload (20\-25 hours). Hours will include both direct one\-on\-one intervention and supervision and management of caseloads. Pediatric therapy is conducted in office, school setting, or in the client’s home.
**
**The therapist must have a passion and experience in play\-based, functional, parent involved intervention. This position will provide flexibility with schedule and autonomy, and is perfect for an OT seeking independence, yet a yearning to evolve further in their leadership and development within a tight community. **
**Starting hourly rate per direct therapy sessions is $60\-65\. As leadership within the role grows, increased compensation will follow. **
Pay: $60\. 00 \- $65\. 00 per hour
Expected hours: 5\. 0 – 25\. 0 per week
