Licensed Physical Therapist (Workmans Compensation)

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this vital role, you will assess, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance patient recovery and mobility. You will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care in our outpatient clinic specializing in workmans compensation.

Multiple locations Cleveland west side near Kamms Corner and Beachwood.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust care plans accordingly
• Document clinical interactions
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, massage therapists, and acupuncturist to coordinate care plans and discharge strategies
• Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures and home exercises

Requirements

• Valid license or certification as a licensed Physical Therapist in Ohio
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with clinical documentation standards
• Ability to develop effective treatment plans based on thorough assessments and approved treatment area(s)
• Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient education and engagement
• Prior experience with workmans compensation practices preferred
