Mechanical Engineer

Franklin Manufacturing, Inc. is currently seeking candidates for a Mechanical Engineer. B.S. in Mechanical or Civil Engineering is preferred. Experience with 3D modeling is preferred.

Responsible for all aspects of projects through the fabrication, machining, assembly, testing and shipping processes. This position requires skills in contract review, reading contract specifications and drawings, preparing shop drawings, preparing manufacturing plans, ordering materials and working with shop personnel throughout the manufacturing process. Effective writing and communication skills are required.

Ultimately responsible for customer satisfaction and in meeting all contract requirements.
