Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing

Full-Time:

• Day shift 6am to 6pm ( Full time)

Pay: $36–$45/hr (DOE) - Daily Pay Available

South Mountain Post Acute, a Medicare 5-Star Rated Skilled Nursing Facility, is seeking Arizona-licensed Registered Nurses to join our rehab and sub-acute units on the day shift.

What you’ll do:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care, including assessments, IVs, and catheterization
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments (including tube feedings)
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in rehab and sub-acute settings
• Document care accurately using electronic health records
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
• Experience with vents and trachs is a strong plus

Qualifications:

• Active Arizona RN license
• Skilled nursing or sub-acute experience preferred
• BLS required
