About the Practice
This outpatient orthopedic practice runs a true one-on-one care model: 45-minute visits with no overlapping or double-booked schedules. Caseload is nearly all orthopedic.
Staff PTs work alongside the clinical director, with two staff PT openings at this location. The director oversees both Los Alamos and Santa Fe. Mentorship is central to the culture, and the client positions New Mexico as a strong place to live and raise a family away from larger metro markets.
The Role
You will treat patients in 45-minute one-on-one visits. Days and hours are flexible/offset anywhere between 7 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday, as long as the week totals about 40 hours. Some staff work 10-hour days.
Full-time is preferred; part-time is open.
What We Are Looking For
Any experience level. New graduates are welcome at the lower end of the salary range. New Mexico PT license or license-eligible required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary is $75,000 to $110,000 per year depending on experience.
