We are seeking a Staff Data Scientist to help shape data-driven strategies, uncover growth opportunities, and build scalable analytical solutions. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop advanced models, and empower stakeholders with insights that influence key business outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with business and growth teams to identify key drivers of performance and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop analytical frameworks to measure business impact and support strategic decision-making.
  • Design and evaluate experiments to optimize products, processes, and customer outcomes.
  • Build predictive and statistical models to solve business challenges.
  • Create self-service analytics tools, dashboards, and data products that enable teams to make informed decisions.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to drive data-centric solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or higher degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in quantitative analysis, data science, analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in

SQL

for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

  • Hands-on experience with at least one programming language such as

Python

Scala

.

  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Statistical analysis
  • Data modeling
  • Machine learning techniques
