What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and software components.
• Build and optimize foundation models, LLM-based solutions, and intelligent agent workflows.
• Develop scalable AI/ML systems for production environments.
• Implement model training, inference, monitoring, and deployment pipelines.
• Drive cost, performance, and governance initiatives for AI platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-focused AI solutions.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices across teams.
• Ensure responsible AI development through explainability, transparency, and ethical AI principles.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 4-6+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python; experience with Go or Java is a plus.
• Experience building and deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of:
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Machine Learning algorithms
• Model training and deployment
• Vector search technologies
• Open-source AI frameworks and tools
• AI explainability and responsible AI practices
• Experience developing scalable, cloud-native AI systems.
