Regional Marketing Director

our multi speciality practice is looking for a self motivated and result driven individual to grow our practices.

Reports to

Owner

Offices: South, Round Rock, and Cedar Park

Compensation: $75,000/year base plus quarterly performance bonus tied to Google reviews, new patient acquisition, and cost per acquisition

Responsibilities:

• Own digital content: posts, stories, and community and patient engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and other channels.
• Drive new patient acquisition through events, community partnerships, and direct outreach.
• Set and manage the yearly marketing budget and establish monthly and quarterly KPIs. Continued employment and partnership depend on reaching those goals.
• Evaluate every new initiative against its cost to determine ROI before scaling.
• Build relationships with local schools and community organizations, and attend their events, including weekends, often working solo.

• Come up with new strategies, set the goals, and own the budget to hit them.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in healthcare or dental marketing.
• Hands-on experience with social content and community events.
• Budget management and data-driven ROI analysis.
• Comfortable working independently at events and on weekends.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
