Sales and Account Manager

Soniq Windows and Doors is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales & Account Manager to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating customized solutions, and helping customers bring their vision to life.

You will work with homeowners, builders, contractors, and developers to design window and door packages that meet their project's needs, style, and budget.

Compensation

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $60,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Develop new customer relationships and generate new business opportunities
• Consult with customers to create customized window and door packages
• Present product recommendations, estimates, and proposals
• Manage customer accounts throughout the sales process
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed successfully
• Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Meet and exceed sales performance goals while delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Experience in construction, building materials, windows, or doors is a plus but not required
