Cyber Security Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Solar Design Engineer to support the design and development of solar energy systems. This role focuses on preparing accurate system layouts, evaluating expected energy production, producing technical drawings, and supporting the permitting process.

The successful candidate will bring practical solar design experience, confidence with relevant design software, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design solar panel arrays based on project requirements and site conditions.
• Develop system layouts that support efficient installation and energy production.
• Run production models to estimate expected system performance.
• Prepare technical drawings and design documentation.
• Support permitting activities by preparing and reviewing required design materials.
• Coordinate with colleagues to address design questions and project requirements.
• Review design work for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

What We're Looking For

• Three or more years of experience in solar design.
• Familiarity with relevant solar design and engineering software.
• Strong understanding of solar array layouts and system design principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and an organised approach to technical work.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and communicate design information clearly.

Working Schedule

Full-time position. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
