Solution Agency is looking for a dedicated and experienced front-end web developer to join our growing team. For 25+ years Solution Agency has been providing custom design and programming services to businesses of all sizes. • You are a great communicator. You are able to get your point across, discuss difficult topics, and ask questions in a friendly and professional manner, with coworkers and clients.

Looking for someone with experience in:

• HTML, CSS, SCSS, Javascript, jQuery, PHP
• WordPress and WooCommerce, including developing custom themes, using Gutenberg blocks, and working with the REST API
• Version control - we use Git and Bitbucket
• Project management software for keeping track of tasks and projects - we use Teamwork
• Vue JS, Laravel and/or Firebase experience is a plus

Job duties include:

• Planning and development of new client websites
• Contributing to support of current client websites
• Participating in on-site and off-site client meetings
• Collaborating with design, strategy and sales teams to find solutions for client website projects
• Custom WordPress theme development
• WooCommerce integration
• WordPress plugin development
• CRM and other third-party API integrations
• Vanilla/static sites and interactive landing pages
• HTML emails
• Custom web app development with Vue JS, Laravel or Firebase

Additional Requirements:

• 3+ years experience
• Able to organize and run meetings, leaving with clear objectives and tasks
• Comfortable talking with clients (via phone, email and in person)
• Detail-oriented in the context of a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Pleasant, personable demeanor (face-to-face, on the phone and via email)
• Ability to multi-task; self-starter
• Sense of humor
• Previous agency experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
