About this role

The Senior QA Analyst position passionately believes that “good enough is never enough.” This role will be responsible for developing test plans and performing effective testing processes, with a forward-leaning approach to integrating AI into quality engineering workflows.

Working directly with the development team, the Senior QA Analyst will communicate key findings from test results to secure process viability, improving quality and accelerating the delivery of the company’s suite of purpose-built software.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the team's timely delivery, consistently meeting or exceeding the Release to Schedule targets.
• Deliver high-quality testing outcomes by executing test scripts with precision, ensuring >95% completion on time and without rework.
• Ensure system-driven calculations of ARR are accurately maintained and reconciled with reported revenue each month, leveraging automated processes for consistency and precision.
• Consistently achieve or surpass software quality targets by effectively managing and reducing escaped defects in software releases.
• Ensure consistent and reliable sprint performance by effectively managing and completing committed tasks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in a dedicated QA role.
• Playwright experience preferred.
• Experience with Claude Code preferred.
• Experience with automated testing across API and web layers preferred.
